OgaTailor guides
A tailor app for customers, measurements, and orders
A tailor app is a phone book for the shop: the customer, the measurements from each fitting, the order, and the invoice live on one profile. OgaTailor is that app for tailors and fashion shops. It is built for fittings and due dates, not for a generic contacts list.
What belongs in the app
Paper notebooks and WhatsApp chats split the same person across too many places. A useful tailor app keeps four records together:
- Customer book. Name, phone, and notes. Search when they walk in and say they have been here before. The list can run A–Z, and old clients can be archived without deleting their history.
- Measurements. The fields tailors use — head and cap, armhole, bust, dress and blouse length, inseam, and the rest — for men, women, and children. Each fitting is stored on its own. A later visit does not wipe the earlier numbers.
- Orders and due dates. Agbada, gown, repair, or whatever you are making, with the date it is due, on the same person you measured.
- Invoices. A PDF with your shop name, logo, currency, VAT, when payment is due, and bank details. Share it on WhatsApp or print it.
The screens use large text so you can work at the bench, including when the network is slow.
It still works when there is no internet
You can add a customer, save a fitting, and log an order with no connection. The record stays on the phone. Cloud backup is optional. When you are on Wi-Fi or mobile data and you are on a plan that includes backup, sync updates that copy in the background. You do not need an account to try the app on one phone.
Free start, paid when the shop needs more
The free plan runs on one phone. Paid plans add cloud backup, export, reminders, and use on a second device. Growth and Pro let you export measurements and customer records, so the book is not locked inside the app. Prices are in Nigerian naira and are purchased inside the app.
Where to get it
OgaTailor is on Google Play for Android and on the App Store for iPhone. It is made by Webspace Innovation Hub Limited in Ibadan, Nigeria.

Questions
Can I use a tailor app without internet?
Yes. In OgaTailor you can add customers, save measurements, and log orders with no connection. The records stay on the phone. Cloud backup is optional and syncs when you are online on a plan that includes it.
Is OgaTailor free?
You can use it on one phone at no cost, and you do not need to sign in to try it. Paid plans add cloud backup, export, reminders, and a second device.
Does the app replace a paper measurement book?
It keeps the customer, each fitting, the order, and the invoice on one profile. Old fittings stay saved, so a new visit does not erase the previous measurements.
