OgaTailor guides
Invoices for a fashion shop, from the customer record
A fashion shop invoice should say who you are, what you made, what is owed, and how to pay. In OgaTailor that PDF is built from the same customer you measured and the order you logged, so the bill is not a separate note in WhatsApp.
What the PDF includes
You can put your shop name and logo on the invoice, choose the currency, add VAT, set when payment is due, and include bank details. Share the PDF on WhatsApp or print it.
The invoice sits on the order
The usual path in the app is short:
- Add the customer — name, phone, and notes.
- Save the fitting. Armhole, dress length, inseam, and the other fields stay on that profile.
- Log the order: what you are making, and the due date.
- Create the invoice and send it.
Agbada, a gown, or a repair can all sit on that person’s record with the amount and the date.
Naira, VAT, and getting paid
Plan prices for OgaTailor itself are in Nigerian naira. On the invoice you set the currency, VAT, payment terms, and the bank details your customer should use. That is the document you send when the garment is ready or when you take a deposit.
You can still write the invoice offline
Customers, fittings, and orders can be saved with no internet. The phone holds the record. When you are back on Wi-Fi or data you can share the PDF. Cloud backup of the shop’s data is optional and comes with a paid plan.

Questions
Can I invoice a customer from the tailor app?
Yes. OgaTailor builds a PDF with your shop name, logo, currency, VAT, when payment is due, and bank details. You can share it on WhatsApp or print it.
Is the invoice tied to the measurements?
The invoice sits on the same customer profile as the fittings and the order, so the bill, the due date, and the measurements stay together.
Do I need internet to prepare an invoice?
You can save customers, measurements, and orders offline. Share the PDF when you have Wi-Fi or mobile data.
